View the Audit Log for an Entry
Maximizer has the ability to log a history of changes made to entries in your Address Book. When Auditing is enabled, a history of the changes made to the basic fields, user-defined fields, notes, and documents of your entries is automatically saved to the audit log.
You can view the auditing history for an Address Book entry, Opportunity, or Customer Service Case from the Auditing following tab.
- Click on the entry to make it the current entry.
- In the following pane, select the Auditing tab.
- From the Filter drop-down list, select a filter option to view the audit log.
