View the Audit Log for an Entry

To complete this procedure, you must have the Read audit log privilege.

Maximizer has the ability to log a history of changes made to entries in your Address Book. When Auditing is enabled, a history of the changes made to the basic fields, user-defined fields, notes, and documents of your entries is automatically saved to the audit log.

If the logged-in user has the Read audit log privilege and the system administrator has enabled Auditing the audit log is displayed in the Auditing tab of the following pane.

You can view the auditing history for an Address Book entry, Opportunity, or Customer Service Case from the Auditing following tab.

  1. Click on the entry to make it the current entry.
The Audit log ignores Full and Read Access settings for user-defined fields, notes, and documents and displays history for all changes, regardless of security settings.
  1. In the following pane, select the Auditing tab.

  1. From the Filter drop-down list, select a filter option to view the audit log.
