Duplicate a Customer Service Case
Use this procedure to create a new customer service case from an existing customer service case. You have the option of copying all notes, documents, appointments, and tasks associated with the entry.
- Click on the case to make it the current entry.
- Select Edit > Duplicate Current Case.
The Duplicate Entry dialog box opens.
- Select the entries that you want to copy to the new entry, and click OK.
- Notes - duplicates all notes associated with the current entry.
- Documents - duplicates all document.
- Appointments and tasks - duplicates incomplete appointments and tasks associated with the current entry.
