If you want to import Address Book entries and need some help to get started, we have created a sample CSV file and have made it available for download. This document provides instruction on how to import companies and contacts using the sample file. The import process will create the companies and add contacts to the respective companies.

  1. Click here to download the sample file.
  • The sample file includes two rows. Each row contains the information of a company and a contact of that company.
  1. Go to Import, and click File Import (XLS, CSV, TAB).

  1. In Import Manager screen, click Start a new import. Upload the sample CSV file by clicking Select a file.

  1. In What record type(s) does your import file contain section, select Contain Company information and Contacts that belong to them

Click Next.

  1. Under, During the import, select add new records and make updates to existing records.

Under, If a record exists, select update only empty Maximizer fields with data from the import file.
