Converting a Lead to a Customer

  1. In the Leads module, click the lead's name or company name.

  1. Select Convert.

If the lead had previously been linked to an address book entry, Maximizer will auto select by default,“ Choose an existing entry”. Entries such as Company name, First and Last name, will be auto-filled, and will be read-only.

If the Lead had not previously been linked to an address book entry, Maximizer selects Create New by default.

If a new opportunity has been created for an existing address book entry, Deselect “Do not create an opportunity”, and submit the relevant opportunity related information in the fields provided.

Once a lead has been converted to a customer, Converted will display.
