Invalid Client Access Not Enabled

When attempting to connect to Zapier from your Maximizer CRM Live site, you see the following error message:

Error Message Text: "invalid_client: The integration that is requesting access is not enabled"

This error message appears when you have not enabled the Zapier Integration in Maximizer.

To enable your Zapier Integration:

  1. In Maximizer, select App Directory, then select Zapier:
  2. Click the "Get it Now" button.
  3. Click the "Connect to 2000+ Apps" button:

Log out of your Zapier account, then log back in. At this point, you should be able to connect to the Maximizer App in Zapier.
