How to log in to the billing portal

The Maximizer billing portal will allow your billing contact to:

Logging in

  1. Navigate to the billing portal login page for your specific region:
  1. Enter your customer number as the username. Your customer number can be found on your most recent invoice.
  2. Enter the password you created during billing portal setup.
  3. Click Login and you will see the billing portal home page.

Password reset

If you have forgotten or lost the password to your billing portal account, you can follow the steps below to reset the password.

  1. Navigate to the billing portal login page.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link.
  3. Enter your customer number as the username. Your customer number can be found on your most recent invoice.
  4. Click the Send Email button and a password reset email will be sent to your Maximizer billing contact.
If your Maximizer billing contact has changed since your last invoice, please contact Maximizer Support.
