Things to do Before Integrating Outlook with Maximizer

If you are moving from an older version of Maximizer to CRM Live there are a few things you need to look for:
  1. Is my Outlook currently integrated with my old Maximizer?
  2. What version of Outlook I am using (Require Outlook 2010 or Higher)?
  3. Do I require Admin logins to do any install/uninstall?

If your Outlook is currently integrated with your Old Maximizer, you would require to uninstall it first before integrating it with your new CRM Live (This will also be required to be done if you are moving computers).

To Uninstall the Old Integration:

  1. Access your “Control Panel” on your computer
  2. Locate “Uninstall a Program” in the list
  3. Locate either “Maximizer CRM Web Access Microsoft Outlook Integration” or “Outlook Integration for Maximizer CRM”
  4. Select the integration and click “Uninstall”

In cases that you are Moving Computers, this will assure that when your old computer gets turned on that it doesn’t sync and cause duplicates in your calendar as by then you will be syncing 2 devices instead of 1.
