Synchronization of Information Between Maximizer and MYOB

General Information about the Hourly Synchronization

Once this app is enabled for the CRM Live account, it will perform the synchronization once every 1 hour.

During the sync process, the fields that are being synchronized from Maximizer to MYOB:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Contact
  • Address fields (Line1, City, State, Country, Postal Code)
  • Email1
  • Phone1
  • Phone2
  • Phone3
  • Website

The synchronization of Address Book Entry during a sync cycle will happen only if there has been an update to this particular Maximizer Address Book Entry between the last synchronization cycle and the current sync cycle.
During the hourly sync, the “affected Address Book Entries” will also get an update for the Account Balance and Overdue information fields.
