Logging in to Mobile Access and Navigating Pages
You can log in to Mobile Access using your Maximizer user name and password.
- In the browser on your device, enter the Mobile Access URL.
The URL is in the form https://cam.maximizercrmlive.com/[user id] where [user id] is the name of your corporate account.
- Enter your Maximizer user ID and password.
- Select Keep me logged in to avoid entering your username and password each time you open Mobile Access.
When you log in to Mobile Access, the Appointments and Tasks for the day appear. You can access the Address Book, Opportunities, Customer Service Cases, Company Library and Dashboard in Mobile Access from modules at the bottom of the page.
You can navigate to different pages by the following:
- In the top-left corner of the page, select the Home icon to return to the Home page.
- From the Home page, select Address Book, Opportunities, Customer Service Cases, Calendar/Hotlist, Dashboards, Company Library, Preferences or Help to open a page.
