Unable to Access Address Book
The mobile interface for connecting to on-premise customers asks the user to enter:
- The server URL
- The Address Book they wish to connect to
- Their user ID
- Their password

Most of the time the Address Book name or alias is the same as the database name, however the mobile does require the Database Name.
For example, we have a demo database that we access. On the front-end, the user would see the alias "Demo" but on the back-end the database is actually called "jr5clone"
The mobile app requires the user to enter "jr5clone" in order to access the address book.
