Modify Multiple Entries Using Global Edit
You can use the Global Edit command to modify multiple entries at once.
- Create a list of entries to modify.

In the current list, select the entries you want to modify.
- Click the checkbox to the left of entries.
- Select Edit > Global Edit.
- Locate your fields in the Fields drop-down list.
- In the Rules drop down list, select your desired rule.
- To add the selected values to the existing values, select Add when empty, Append or Replace.
- To remove the selected values from the existing values, select Remove or Clear.
- Select the Value(s) from the drop-down list.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- You are prompted with a message to verify that you want to continue with the operation.
- Click OK to run the global edit.
