Basic Search Criteria
The results of the search depend on the type of entry you are searching for:
- When searching for Address Book entries, all entries with a matching value in any basic field, including name, email address, phone number, and address are returned.
- When searching for Opportunities, all opportunities with a matching value in the Objective or Description fields are returned.
- When searching for Customer Service cases, all cases with a matching value in the Subject or Description fields are returned.
