View a Case from an Address Book Entry

You can view the Customer Service cases associated with a specific Address Book entry in the Customer Service following pane. From the Hotlist page, you can view the Customer Service cases for the Address Book entry associated with the current task.

  1. Select the Address Book entry.

  1. In the following pane, select the Customer Service tab.

All customer service cases for the current Address Book entry, or for the Address Book entry linked to the current Hotlist task, are displayed in the list.
  1. Click on a case to open the Customer Service page and view the details of the case.
