Outlook Integration Issue: .NET Framework 3.5 Missing/Needs to be Installed

In some circumstances while installing the Maximizer outlook integration, you may get an error stating that the .NET Framework 3.5 is required for the install to proceed.

In these situations, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps to take.

  1. Run any and all windows updates. Often we find this is all that is required to fix this. Try run all windows updates. If your PC requires admin access to run these updates, reach out to your IT team/Administrator to assist you with this.
  2. If after running the windows updates, and you still get this error, you may need to complete a fresh installation of the .NET Framework 3.5. You may refer to the following website for assistance with this. .NET Framework Installation
