Setting the Default From Address of Users
Maximizer CRM supports the capability of selecting an email address that will be used as a default “From” address for your account. To uniquely identify user profiles, Maximizer CRM Cloud requires Email 1 associated with user accounts to be set to unique email addresses.
Consider a scenario where you share an email address with your team, and you want to have the same “From” address as your team while sending emails. This is where the capability to set a default “From” email address is helpful; you can continue to have a unique email associated with your account, while having emails sent from the same shared email.
- Log on to Maximizer CRM.
- Click the user profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click View profile.
- On the properties window, set Default from email address under Email address / Website to Email 1, Email 2, or Email 3, depending on your needs.
- Click OK.
