MYOB info in Maximizer

This integration allows user to view the following types of transactions in the MYOB tab:

  • Orders
  • Invoices
  • Customer Payments
  • Credit Refunds
  • Credit Settlements 

Note that these displayed records are retrieved dynamically from MYOB. Transactions displayed in the MYOB tab are not stored in the Maximizer database with the exception of Account Balance & Overdue info, which are captured and stored in User-defined fields in Maximizer.

These Values are not guaranteed to be up to date.

There are 3 Occasions that will trigger their refresh:

  1. During the hourly sync cycle

Only Address Book entries that have been recently updated will get changed. 

  1. Once a day

A scheduled program processes all MYOB accounting transactions dated within the last 30 days. When that happens, all related Address Book entries will also have their synced fields updated. 

  1. Once every month

A schedule program processes all MYOB accounting transactions dated within the last year. When that happens, all related Address Book entries will also have their synced fields updated.

To force an update of synced fields in a Maximizer Address Book Entry, change one or more fields in the Address Book Entry and wait for the next hourly synchronization cycle.
